Consejos para alojarse de forma sana y saludable en un hotel
1. Lleva tus propias sábanas: podría parecer excesivo, pero ni os imagináis la de gérmenes y alérgenos que eviaríamos.
2. Lleva ropa interior de manga y pierna larga: para llevar por debajo del pijama y reducir al máximo el contacto con la ropa de la cama.
3. Usa la cama tan sólo para dormir: no trabajes, no comas, no veas la televisión… sobre ella.
4. Solicita una habitación libre de alergias: hay hoteles que las ofrecen, o en su defecto packs anti-alérgicos,… Continue

Coche Island a perfect place for a wedding or even a honeymoon.
